Covid-19 Vaccination Programme

• You can still book your Covid vaccinations, (first, second or booster doses) at a National Vaccination centre located near you.  You will have a variety of options relating to access, time and location and bookings can also be made by telephone (119) or online.

Parkshot Pathways

You can also order repeat prescriptions and view your medical record once you have registered with any of the websites/apps also shown below - you will NOT be able to book appointments via any App.  These can only be requested via Parkshot Pathways or by phone.

(You do not have to be registered with any of these to make use of the Parkshot Pathways link.)  For Patient Access you can confirm your identity by answering several security questions and adding passport photos and personal details, but you will not need to attend the practice to do this.   

Alternatively, you can call into the practice, provide us with photographic proof of identity, and we will print out personal access information for you to use to login.  This can also be done via our Pathways link above which allow us to verify your details.   We can then email the confidential information to you, provided you accept liaibility for transmission, as your email address will not be secure.
